The behaviour of our boxers and members both in and outside of the gym directly reflects on this club and the people involved with it, both boxer and coach. It is imperative that everyone involved with this club represents us in a positive manner. We expect our people to set the hallmark in sportsmanship, conduct and overall behaviour for all the other clubs involved in boxing.
Some simple rules :
Respect your coaches, Respect the Club, Respect each other and above all respect yourself.
Put all the equipment away after use. Do not leave it lying around and please don't kick the bags or misuse the equipment.
Good manners must be practised at all times and bad language will not be tolerated.
Don't use your skills outside the gym
Gumshields and headguards must be worn at all times when sparring.
If you don’t want to train tell us, don’t waste our time and your own, The Gym is not a playground.
Boxing is an art of self-defence and is not to be used to street fight. If any member is found using boxing skills to street fight or to intimidate others they will not be permitted to use the club and any boxing license will be withdrawn.
